Each individual may hold only one active Golo Rummy account. This applies even if you use different devices, phone numbers, or payment methods. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Golo Rummy login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Golo Rummy will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.
You must notify Golo Rummy support immediately at support@golorummy.bet if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, Golo Rummy bears no responsibility for any unauthorised activity on your account.
Do not share your Golo Rummy password with anyone — including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent Golo Rummy support. All legitimate support is provided through official channels only.
Golo Rummy implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and maintains strict internal data access controls. However, you are responsible for the security of the device you use to access the Platform, including ensuring it is free of malware and unauthorised software.
Golo Rummy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

All bets placed on Golo Rummy are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed on the Platform at the time of placing. By confirming a bet, you agree to those market-specific rules in addition to these general Terms.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or market in question. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches. For PSL markets, the official PSL result applies.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided, your original stake is returned to your account balance in full.
Golo Rummy reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per market, per match, and per day. Maximum payout amounts are displayed on each market prior to bet placement. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum payout will have any winnings above that limit removed at settlement.

Golo Rummy offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed on the Promotions page and on the individual bonus offer at the time of opt-in. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet (not lose) before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling Rs 50,000 before withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are always displayed clearly before you accept a bonus at Golo Rummy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Golo Rummy and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:
Golo Rummy cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any illegal activity identified on the Platform will be reported to the relevant authorities, and account balances associated with such activity may be frozen pending investigation.
You may close your Golo Rummy account at any time by contacting support at support@golorummy.bet. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no active bonus funds are outstanding.
